Stephanie & Stefan’s Wedding Rehearsal Dinner was at Old 502 Winery began sweetly with Delicious Cocktails, Local Cheese Boards & Stationed Appetizers. Crushed Ice Catering provided the wedding rehearsal catering.
The Catered Hors D’oeuvres included:

- Beer Brined Chicken Thighs
- Cold Smoked Buffalo Shrimp
- Hot Brown Pockets
- Salsify & Roasted Maitake Mushroom Beignets
Off to a good start! Dinner quickly followed with a seated, pre-set Salad of Local Lettuces wrapped in Cucumber Ribbons with Schnell Tomatoes, Parmigiano, Wonton Crisp and Pomegranate Sorghum Vinaigrette.
