Main Street Association of Louisville hosted it’s annual traveling dinner and Crushed Ice Catering was honored to offer the Main Course.
Located at The Sons of the American Revolution, our main course brought fun and flare to a space that will soon be complete as a museum.
Once again, our culinary team amazed taste buds of over 200 guests with a gorgeous and very delicious Pork Entree.
Let me introduce our entree to you! Our Chefs created a Jerk Smoked Pork Tenderloin over Curried Popcorn Rice and Slow Braised Greens, topped with Apricot-Mango Jus and Sweet Potato Hay. No worries!! You don’t have to use your imagination to see how gorgeous this meal was, we just wish we could share the smell and taste of it with you through your screen!!
How about a close up of that Sweet Potato Hay?!
And, of course, we cannot forget about our amazing culinary team. We were only to capture a couple pictures, they seem to shy away from the cameras!
The Progressive Dinner brought fun for all, including our Crushed Ice team. With a “Selfie Station” we couldn’t resist showing off our fun side!
Thank you to The Main Street Association of Louisville, and The Sons of the American Revolution, Louisville for allowing us to be a part of this event! We are so happy to be able to provide food and memories to this amazing city!
